Due to the unexpected passing of the previous business owner, Zach’s Storage is now under a change of ownership/management.
Zach’s Storage will now be under the management of the Estate of Suzanne Lasha.
Due to this change in management we have found it necessary to update our rental agreement.
If you occupy a unit with Zach’s Storage, please contact us for an updated rental agreement if you have not received one at the address you listed with us.
All aspects of the Zach’s Storage will be conducted as were previously. All rent for occupied units is still due.
The due date for all occupied units is the
fifth (5th) of every month.
And no later than the tenth (10th).
